摘要
本文通过数据统计、实验模拟、文献调研等方式,研究温度、水分、杂质、氧气等因素对油脂在储存过程中过氧化值变化的影响,并根据变化规律提出控制措施。
In this paper,the effects of temperature,moisture,impurities and oxygen on the peroxide value of oil during storage were investigated by means of data statistics,experimental simulation and literature investigation,and several control measures were put forward according to the changing law.
