摘要 食品安全检测实验是一门应用性和实践性很强的实验课程,学习该门课程,有助于培养应用型及产业化人才。笔者采用“问卷星”APP以无记名的问卷调查方式,对食品科学专业学生对此实验的项目设置、教学方法、考核方法和教学效果等方面的满意度采取等级评价法进行调查统计。调查问卷分析结果表明:学生对此课程的整体满意度较高,但仍有不满之处,本文对学生提出的意见和建议进行了归纳总结,拟应用到以后的课程设置当中,以构建满足应用技术型本科院校培养需求的教学体系,达到理想的教学效果。 The experiment of food safety detection is an applied and practical experiment course,through the study of this course,it is helpful to the cultivation of applied and industrialized talents.The author uses the anonymous questionnaire survey method,the degree of satisfaction of food science students with the experiment was investigated by the method of grade evaluation,including project setting,teaching method,examination method and teaching effect.The result of questionnaire analysis shows that the students are satisfied with the overall design of the course,but there are still some dissatisfaction.This paper sumed up the opinions and suggestions put forward by the students,and intended to apply them to the later courses,in order to construct a teaching system that meets the needs of the applied technology-oriented universities and achieve the ideal teaching effect.
