摘要 基于Niagara开发平台,针对生产线分拣实验系统进行二次开发,从完成生产计划、提高产能和降低废品率三个维度,通过人工智能技术中的专家系统方法对控制策略进行优化。通过硬件搭建、控制策略设计、软件开发与界面设计、与原PLC通讯等环节,实现分拣生产线的智能调速功能。通过实验测试,本系统可以在满足生产计划、废品率限制的前提下提高产能。同时体现出Niagara开发平台可视化图形编程的优越性、工业控制网络的融合性和强大的设备兼容性,将物联网、云计算等先进控制理念引入到实验教学中。 Based on the Niagara development platform,the secondary development of the production line sorting experiment system is carried out.In order to complete production planning,increase production capacity and reduce rejection rate,the control strategy is optimized by the expert system method in artificial intelligence technology.Through the hardware construction,control strategy design,software development and interface design,and the original PLC communication,the intelligent speed control of the sorting production line is realized.It also demonstrates that the superiority of the visual graphics programming of the Niagara development platform,the integration of industrial control networks and strong device compatibility,besides,the advanced control concept such as internet of things and cloud computing is introduced into the experimental teaching.
