摘要
随着装备保障信息化的发展,技术资料也由纸质型向数字化转变,不少单位开始研制IETM,但由于遵循的标准不统一,因此造成了对于同一类装备IETM在显示、功能、数据结构和编码上各有不同,无法实现数据的有效交换,只能通过转换的方式,无法实现技术信息的互操作。交互式电子技术手册(IETM)的显示内容、显示界面、功能、数据结构以及编码的标准化是成功地解决纸型技术资料向数字形式、结构化、交互化和智能化的技术资料转变的必然需求。先进的、复杂的武器装备,在设计、生产、使用和保障过程中会产生、传递和使用大量的技术数据,这些技术数据是武器系统的重要组成部分,是支持使用操作和维护修理的重要工具和资源。目前技术资料和手册多以纸质为存储介质,手册本身体积和重量大、造价高,编制周期长、更新不及时、使用不方便;少量技术资料和手册实现了数字化即所谓的电子技术手册(ETM),ETM的数据格式上不能互为兼容,技术内容也不能在其他信息系统中共享。因此,急需通过IETM的标准化来解决技术资料数字化过程中的问题。
With the development of equipment support informatization, technical data has also changed from paper to digital, many units started to develop IETM, but due to inconsistent standards, as a result, the display, function, data structure, and coding of the same type of IETM are different, unable to achieve effective data exchange, only through conversion, interoperability of technical information cannot be achieved.The standardization of the display content, display interface, functions, data structure, and coding of the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM) is a successful solution to the inevitable demand for the transformation of paper-based technical materials into digital forms, structured, interactive and intelligent technical materials. Advanced and complex weapons and equipment will generate, transfer and use a large amount of technical data during the design, production, use and support process,this technical data is an important part of the weapon system and an important tool and resource to support the use of operations and maintenance repairs. At present, most technical materials and manuals use paper as the storage medium. The manual itself is large in size and weight, high in cost, long in preparation, not updated in time, and inconvenient to use;a small number of technical materials and manuals have been digitized, so-called electronic technical manuals(ETM), ETM data formats cannot be compatible with each other, and technical content cannot be shared in other information systems. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problems in the process of digitizing technical data through the standardization of IETM.
