摘要 卫星微振动引发的结构微角振动限制了高精度卫星指向精度和姿态控制稳定性,因此有必要对其进行在轨测量。为准确测量卫星结构微角振动,文章在对比不同的测量方法后,提出了一种基于磁流体动力学(Magnetohydrodynamics,MHD)微角振动传感器的卫星结构微角振动高精度测量方法,并针对由动量轮引起的有效载荷微角振动的特性,进行了仿真和试验验证。试验结果表明,其测量精度满足现阶段卫星控制的要求。此方法能为卫星扰动源的定位及卫星的主动减振反馈提供依据。 The micro-angular vibration of the satellite structure caused by satellite micro-vibration limits the pointing accuracy and attitude control stability of high-precision satellite.Therefore, it is necessary to make on-orbit measurements to obtain micro-angular vibration characteristics. In order to accurately measure the satellite structure micro-angular vibration, for satellite structure micro-angular vibration this paper proposes a high-precision measurement method based on Magnetohydrodynamics(MHD) micro-angular vibration sensor after comparing different measurement methods. Aiming at the micro-angular vibration characteristics of the payload caused by momentum wheels, an experimental verification is made by using the existing resources of the research group. The results show that the measurement accuracy of the method meets the requirements of current satellite control. This method can provide a basis for the determination of the satellite disturbance source and the active vibration reduction feedback of the satellite.
