摘要
近年来,新技术、新产业、新模式、新业态层出不穷,人才已经成为新旧动能转换、重塑竞争优势的关键因素.我市是制造业大市,人才需求量大,为此,我们立足工作职能,通过狠抓泰山产业领军人才建设、强化企业家在人才建设中的主体地位、构筑全方位引才用才平台等措施,进一步加强人才工作,为促进新旧动能转换、建设高品质现代化城市提供了人才支撑.本文从学习借鉴先进城市的人才工作经验入手,介绍了我市加强制造业人才工作的主要做法,并针对我市与先进发达地区在人才工作的差距,提出了做好新形势下人才工作的举措.
In recent years,new technology,new industry,new mode and new business form have emerged endlessly,and talents have become the key factor for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and the reconstruction of competitive advantage.Our city is a big manufacturing city,with a large demand for talents.Therefore,based on our work function,we have further strengthened the work of talents by focusing on the construction of leading talents in Taishan industry,strengthening the main position of entrepreneurs in talent construction,building a comprehensive talent introduction platform and other measures,so as to provide talent support for promoting the transformation of old and new energy,and building a high-quality modem city.This paper starts with learning from the experience of talent work in advanced cities,introduces the main methods of strengthening the talent work in manufacturing industry in our city,and puts forward some measures to improve the talent work in the new situation in view of the gap between our city and the advanced developed areas.
