氧化矿表面改性调控浮选分离的研究综述 被引量:7

摘要 表面改性通过改变元素在矿物表面上的分布和状态,从而影响矿物的表面性质,使得矿物之间可浮性产生差异。本文对影响表面改性调控的主要因素以及强化氧化矿浮选分离的表面改性调控手段进行了系统的总结。指出:影响表面改性的主要因素包括矿物自身性质,溶剂种类以及溶液pH值;用于氧化矿浮选分离的表面改性调控主要有改变pH,添加外来金属离子以及超声和微波辐射在内的外力场调控。最后指出今后表面改性调控应着重研究溶解性型氧化矿之间的离子溶解及迁移行为;明确提出关于表面改性的调控机制还需深入,实际应用推广仍需加强。 Surface modification can alter the distribution and state of elements on the minerals surface,which changes surface properties of minerals and therefore leads to differences in the floatability between minerals.This paper systematically summarizes the main factors affecting the surface modification and the common modification methods to enhance the flotation separation capacity of oxidized ores.It is pointed out that the main factors include mineral characteristics,solvent type,and pH value.Common methods include p H regulation,extra metal ions modification,as well as external force field modification such as ultrasonic pretreatment and microwave radiation.At last,the future research directions are pointed out.It is clear that the study of ion dissolution and migration behavior between soluble oxidized ores should be concerned,the regulation mechanism of surface modification needs to be studied in depth,and the actual application needs to be strongly developed.
