摘要
以绝对误差为目标函数,采用混合遗传算法对陶瓷配方进行设计,并通过加入移民策略和随进化代数变换的交叉变异率对算法进行了优化。配方实验结果显示,优化后的混合遗传算法相对误差在1%以内,这表明改进后的算法在陶瓷坯料配方应用中有很好的适用性。
Taking the absolute error as the objective function,the hybrid genetic algorithm was used to design the ceramic formula,and the algorithm was optimized by adding immigration strategy and the cross mutation rate with the evolution algebra transformation. The experimental results show that the relative error of the optimized hybrid genetic algorithm is less than 1%,which shows that the improved algorithm has a good applicability in the application of ceramic blank formula.
