基于中值滤波算法的医学影像图像除噪设计实现研究

Research on Denoising Design of Medical Image Based on Median Filtering Algorithm

对医学影像图像中值滤波算法的数学模型进行了分析,采用MATLAB平台对基于中值滤波算法的医学影像图像除噪进行了算法实现设计,并运用中值滤波算法将含有椒盐噪声和高斯噪声的医学影像图像分别加以实验仿真操作,进一步对其经不同的中值滤波算法模板进行了实验比较研究。结果表明理论分析与实验的一致性。

The mathematical model of the medical image was analyzed. The denoising of medical image,based on median filtering algorithm,was designed through the MATLAB platform. The medical image simulation was carried out applying the median filter algorithm with salt and pepper noise and gaussian noise respectively. It further compared different median filtering algorithm templates. The results showed that the theory analysis was consistent with the experiment.
