基于乡村振兴战略的网络扶贫与电商进农村研究

Research on Poverty Alleviation Through Network and Entry of E-commerce into Rural Areas Based on Rural Revitalization Strategy

网络扶贫及电商进农村政策的实施能够有效解决我国贫困地区农村产业发展和农民就业等难题,帮助政府顺利开展乡村振兴战略。基于乡村振兴战略背景,对当前中国网络扶贫所遇到问题和阻碍等进行了分析,认为目前中国农村地区尚不具备较强的获取资源的能力以及足够高的资源配置效率,电商进农村工作的开展进入了瓶颈期。针对这些问题,对今后的网络扶贫和电商进农村以及贫困地区的农业与农村电商如何快速融合与发展进行了探索和总结。

The implementation of the policy for poverty alleviation through network and entering of ecommerce into rural areas could facilitate effective solution of the problems arising from rural industrial development and farmers'employment in the poverty-stricken areas.It could also help the local government to carry out the strategy of rural revitalization smoothly.The problems and obstacles of the current poverty alleviation through network in China were analyzed.It was believed that the rural areas in China do not have the strong ability to acquire network resources and high efficiency of resource allocation.The development of e-commerce in the rural areas had entered into a bottleneck period.According to all the problems and obstacles The strategic path of how to integrate and develop the agriculture and the electronic commerce in the rural areas as well as poverty alleviation through network and entering of e-commerce into the rural areas were explored.
