种植户视角下的供应链协调机制研究——以海南热带水果产业为例

Exploration of Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism in the Farmer’s Perspective:A Case Study of Tropical Fruit Industry in Hainan

通过问卷调查,采用主成分分析法构建研究假设,通过相关分析确定影响海南热带水果产业供应链协调机制存在的主要问题,并提出从结构协调、利益协调和信息协调三方面完善海南热带水果产业的供应链协调机制,通过提高热带水果品质增强和合作商之间的信任,构建稳定的供应链合作模式,达到减少交易成本,有效防范市场不确定风险,提高产业竞争优势的目标,实现从生产到消费全过程衔接的高效流通模式。

A questionnaire survey was made,based on which a research hypothesis was built by using principal component analysis to identify the main problems which influence the supply chain coordination mechanism of tropical fruit industry in Hainan through correlation analysis.The supply chain coordination mechanism of tropical fruit industry in Hainan was improved from the aspects of structure,interest and information.A stable supply chain cooperation model was established through tropical fruit quality and trust between partners to cut down trade cost,decrease the risk of market uncertainty and increase the competitiveness in a view of realizing high-efficiency supply chain from production to consumption of the tropical fruits.
