农业科研单位支撑产业发展的培训模式研究——以“米易县农民技师专题培训班”为例

Development of Training Models for Agricultural Scientific Research Institutes to Support Industrial Development: A Case Study of Training of Farmer Technicians in Miyi County

中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会报告中明确提出实施乡村振兴战略,把产业兴旺摆在了首要位置。《乡村振兴战略规划(2018—2022年)》提出,科研院所要强化农业科技支撑,加快农业科技成果转化应用,以促进农业产业创新发展。乡村振兴进程中,农业科研单位发挥着重要作用,通过科技培训形式,可以很好地将新技术、新品种、新成果进行转移转化应用。本文以米易县农民技师专题培训为例,通过分析当地农业产业发展的特点和困境,创新培训模式,形成“产业需求+农业科技+培训支撑”的个性化定制培训方案,提出适合当地发展的针对性改善措施,充分发挥科研院所优势,助力地方农业产业健康快速发展。

In the report of the 19th National Congress,it was clearly stated that the rural revitalization strategy should be implemented with industrial prosperity being placed at the top of the list.The"Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)"proposed that the research institutes should strengthen the support of agricultural science and technology,accelerate the transformation and application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements to promote the innovation development of agricultural sector.The agricultural research institutes play an important role in the rural revitalization process.Through training activities some new technologies,new crop varieties and new achievements could be transformed,transferred and applied.A training model was innovated based on the analysis of the characteristics and predicament of local agricultural industry development to develop a personalized customized training program of"industrial demand+agricultural technology+training support"with the special training of farmer technicians in Miyi County as a case study.In this training model some targeted improvement measures suitable for local development were proposed for healthy development of the local agricultural industry through giving full play to the advantages of scientific research institutes.
