新型冠状病毒肺炎病例转运工作流程与实践——以某定点收治传染病医院为例

Workflow and practice of transferring patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia——take a designated hospital for infectious diseases as an example

中国人民解放军总医院第五医学中心作为北京市新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治单位,同时承担将部分患者前接转运回我中心的工作。依据国家卫生健康委办公厅印发的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例转运工作方案(试行)》,结合实际任务需要,我中心以该方案为指导原则细化转运流程,在前接转运工作中积累了一些经验和体会,主要有:①根据实际尽量细化转运工作流程;②在确保安全的前提下提高效率;③重视医护人员自身防护;④危重患者转运中需要注意的一些事项。

As the designated hospital for admitting and treating novel coronavirus pneumonia in Beijing, the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital is also responsible for picking up and transferring some patients to our center. According to the Work Plan for Transferring Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Patients(Interim) issued by the General Office of National Health Commission of the PRC and taking the work plan as the guideline, we further detail the transferring workflow based on the actual work needs, and summarize some experience for pickup and transferring as follows: ① clarifying more details of the transferring workflow based on practical condition;② improving the efficiency on the premise of ensuring the safety;③ emphasizing self-protection of medical staff;④ noticing significant matters during the transferring process of critical and severe patients.
