晋江市乡村旅游开发乡土资源综合评价研究

Comprehensive evaluation of rural tourism development resources in Jinjiang City

采用AHP层次分析法和GIS软件对晋江市乡村旅游开发下的乡土资源进行评价.从自然资源、人文资源、生产生活三个层面构建35个指标因子,并结合Yaahp软件对各指标因子进行灵敏度分析.结果表明:自然资源和人文资源对乡村旅游开发潜力影响较大,随指标层变化较灵敏指标分别是传统民居保留度、聚落分布连续性、古树名木保护度、传统民居保留度、产业地域性、村民收入稳定性.通过对晋江市乡村旅游开发乡土资源综合评价,以期为晋江市未来乡村旅游开发规划提供科学的参考依据.

This study evaluates the local resources under the development of rural tourism in Jinjiang City.AHP analytic hierarchy process and GIS software are mainly used to construct 35 index factors from three levels of natural resources,human resources and production and life,and yaahp software is used to analyze the sensitivity of each index factor.The results show that natural resources and human resources have a great influence on the development potential of rural tourism.The sensitive indicators that change with the index layer are the retention of traditional dwellings,the continuity of settlement distribution,the protection of ancient and famous trees,the retention of traditional dwellings,the regional nature of industry and the stability of villagers’ income.Through the comprehensive evaluation of rural tourism development in Jinjiang City,it is expected to provide scientific reference for future rural tourism development planning in Jinjiang City.
