摘要
国家自然科学基金委员会(NSFC)与俄罗斯基础研究基金会(RFBR)的合作交流在两国科技合作关系以及两国关系中都占有重要的地位,双方的合作交流项目在新时期两国基础研究合作中发挥积极作用。本文针对过去十年双方资助的合作交流项目,从申请量、资助率、资助领域、依托单位等角度全面分析项目资助布局概况,运用文献计量学的方法研究了合作交流项目的学术影响及成效,并展望了中俄科技合作的发展趋势,为双方合作交流项目的未来资助工作提出政策建议。
The cooperation between NSFC and RFBR plays an important role in the scientific and technological cooperation as well as the overall relationship between China and Russia.This paper focused on the NSFC-RFBR cooperative exchange projects approved in the past decade and provided a comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of application volume,funding rate,funding areas and support units.The paper studied the academic impact and effectiveness of the exchange projects using the method of bibliometric,gave an outlook to the development trend of NSFC-RFBR cooperation,and puts forward policy suggestions for NSFC’s cooperation with Russia.
