社区居家养老服务机构绩效评估研究——以上海市为例

Study on the Performance Evaluation of Community Home Endowment Service Institutions:A Case Study of Shanghai

以上海市A居家养老服务中心为例,运用平衡计分卡理论构建4类15项的居家养老服务中心的评估指标体系;然后运用AHP——模糊综合评价法对A居家养老服务中心绩效进行定性和定量综合评估。实证分析表明,上海市社区居家养老服务机构的绩效水平并不高。期望本文评估方法可为社区居家养老服务机构提高服务绩效提供一定的借鉴。

This paper takes Shanghai A home pension service center as an example,constructs the evaluation index system of 4 categories and 15 items of home pension service center by using the balanced scorecard theory.Then,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP to realize the qualitative and quantitative comprehensive evaluation of the performance of A home old-age service center.The empirical analysis shows that the performance level of the Shanghai community’s home-based pension service institution is not high.Thus,hopes to provide some experience for the service organization to improve the service performance.
