摘要
百贯沟煤业公司2501综放工作面煤层平均倾角34°,仰采平均角度16°,加之回采过程中过老硐,工作面推进速度非常慢,长时间造成采空区漏风,导致采空区遗煤氧化。在工作面回撤期间,针对大倾角、大仰角、特厚煤层等复杂条件,采取注高水材料充填、三相泡沫、均压和分阶段回撤等综合防灭火措施,控制采空区遗煤自燃及工作面安全回撤。
Absrtact:The average inclination angle of coal seam is 34°and the average upward mining angle is 16°in 2501 fully-mechanized caving face of Baiguangou Coal Industry Company of Chongxin County.In addition,the advancing speed of working face is very slow during the mining process,which causes air leakage in goaf for a long time,leading to oxidation of residual coal in goaf.During the withdrawal of the working face,comprehensive measures such as filling high water material,three-phase foam,uniform pressure and staged withdrawal were adopted to control the spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in the goaf and the safe withdrawal of the working face.
