高河矿E1316综放工作面煤柱稳定性研究

摘要 潞安集团高河能源E1316工作面平均采高为6.5 m,属于典型的厚煤层综放工作面,回采期间矿压显现比较剧烈。目前工作面属于掘进期间,工作面两侧分别为实体煤和留煤柱,煤柱留设宽度为35 m,煤柱的承载情况及尺寸设计,缺乏有效的数据和研究。因此开展综放工作面回采留煤柱变形失稳规律及尺寸优化研究,为后续的E1317工作面两巷支护设计及煤柱尺寸留设提供合理的借鉴。 Taking Gaohe energy E1316 working face of Lu'an Group as the research object,the average mining height of E1316 working face in this mine is 6.5 m,which belongs to a typical fully-mechanized caving face with thick coal seam.During the mining period,the strata behavoirs are more intense.At present,the working face is in the driving period.The two sides of the working face are solid coal and reserved coal pillars.The reserved width of the coal pillars is 35 m.the bearing condition and size design of the coal pillars are lack of effective data and research.The research on the deformation and instability rule and the size optimization of the remaining coal pillar in the fully-mechanized top coal caving face was carried out,which provides a reasonable reference for the supporting design of the two roadways and the size reservation of the coal pillar in the follow-up E1317 working face.
