摘要 随着经济形势持续好转,为有效挖掘矿井资源开发利用潜力,双欣矿业有限公司着力研究较薄中厚煤层安全高效开采的智能化开采新模式,攻克一系列智能化开采核心技术,形成以采煤机记忆自动截割、液压支架自动跟机、超前支护遥控自动拉移及可视化远程监控为基础,以生产系统程序化智能控制为核心,采取人工过程辅助干预及智能监测与集中控制,工作面割煤、推溜、移架、运输、除尘、远程供液等协调联动控制,达到工作面安全高效连续稳定生产的多机协同联动作业的自动化生产模式。 With the continuous improvement of the economic situation,in order to effectively tap the potential of the development and utilization of mine resources,Shuangxin Mining Co.,Ltd.focuses on the research of a new intelligent mining mode for safe and efficient mining of thin and medium thick coal seams,conquers a series of intelligent mining core technologies.On the basis of automatic cutting with memory of the shearer,automatic follow-up of the hydraulic support,remote control of the advance supporting,and visual remote monitoring,and taking the programmed intelligent control of the production system as the core,adopting the artificial process auxiliary intervention and intelligent monitoring and centralized control,the coordinated linkage control of coal cutting,sliding,moving,transportation,dedusting,remote liquid supply,etc.in the working face,an automatic production mode of multi machine coordinated linkage operation with safe,efficient,continuous and stable production in the working face were achieved.
