大采高综放工作面覆岩运动规律及支护技术 被引量:4

Overburden Movement Law and Supporting Technology of Fully-mechanized Caving Face with Large Mining Height

摘要 以塔山煤矿30515工作面为研究对象,分析了工作面回风巷侧向顶板结构模型,由于顶板岩层的不同步非协调运动下沉,形成超大采出空间所具有的典型“超远距离、超大破坏高度”采场侧向覆岩结构和上部集中煤柱“内错”工作面的典型覆岩空间结构。并根据工作面超前120 m矿压显现特征,提出了胶带运输巷采用“一梁三柱”,回风巷采用“一梁五柱”支护形式进行超前支护的方案,并对回风巷进行二次注浆加固,提高了围岩的整体性。 Absrtact:Taking 30515 working face of Tashan Coal Mine as the research object,the lateral roof structure model of return airway in working face was analyzed.Because the roof stratum sinks asynchronously and uncoordinated,the typical"super-long distance,super-high destruction"stope lateral overburden structure was formed,typical overburden spatial structure of upper concentrated coal pillar"inside"of super-large mining space was also formed.According to the strata behaviors characteristics of the position 120 m ahead of working face,the advanced supporting plan was proposed that the belt roadway is supported by"one beam and three columns"and the return airway is supported by"one beam and five columns",and the return airway is reinforced by secondary grouting.The application of these methods has improved the integrity of surrounding rock.
