摘要
针对击实成型方式进行排水沥青混合料设计过程中存在数据不稳定、与实际符合性差以及材料性能差异大等问题,采用Superpave旋转压实仪(SGC)成型进行排水沥青混合料设计。通过分析旋转压实过程中混合料的体积参数曲线确定排水沥青混合料的最佳压实状态,随后对旋转压实成型与常规击实成型方式成型的混合料分别在成型原理、成型过程、体积与性能指标等方面进行对比。研究结果表明:旋转压实成型的混合料更接近路面材料实际的成型过程且可以达到更大的压实度,此外材料性能方面全面优于采用击实成型的排水沥青混合料;因此混合料设计时使用旋转压实成型混合料试件可以设计出性能更优良合理的排水沥青混合料。
Aiming at the problems of unstable experimental data,poor compliance with actual performance and a big difference in material properties in porous asphalt mixture design process,using the Superpave gyratory compactor( SGC) in the design of the porous asphalt mixture.By analyzing the volume parameter curves of the mixture in the process of gyratory compaction,the optimum compaction state of the porous asphalt mixture is determined,and the mixture of gyratory compaction molding and conventional compaction molding is then compared in the shaping principle,molding process,volume and performance index respectively.The results show that the mixture compacted by SGC is closer to the actual forming process of pavement materials and can achieve a greater degree of compaction,in addition,the material performance is better than that of the porous asphalt mixture by Marshall Compaction Test;therefore,the porous asphalt mixture with better and reasonable performance can be designed by using the superpave gyratory compaction in the mixture design.
