腹腔镜手术治疗妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with pregnancy and acute appendicitis

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年7月江西省永丰县中医院收治的60例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组(30例)和B组(30例)。A组采用开腹手术治疗,B组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组的手术用时、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、治疗总有效率及并发症总发生率。结果B组的手术用时、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间短于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组的治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组的术后并发症总发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期合并急性阑尾炎患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,能有效节省患者的手术用时,缩短患者的术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间和住院时间,提高患者的治疗效果,减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with pregnancy and acute appendicitis.Methods Sixty pregnant patients with acute appendicitis treated in Yongfeng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into group A(30 cases)and group B(30 cases)according to the random number table method.Group A was treated with open surgery,and group B was treated with laparoscopy.The surgical time,postoperative anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,length of hospital stay,total effective rate of treatment and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay in group B were shorter than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in group B was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with acute appendicitis during pregnancy can effectively save the patient′s surgical time,shorten the patient′s postoperative anal exhaust time,get out of bed activity time and hospital stay,improve the treatment effect of the patient,and reduce postoperative complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
