注射用七叶皂苷钠在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Sodium Aescinate for injection in patients undergoing hip joint replacement surgery

目的探讨注射用七叶皂苷钠在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年6月~2018年1月我院骨科收治的105例人工髋关节置换术患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同将其分成A组(53例)和B组(52例)。A组患者采用七叶皂苷钠治疗,B组患者予以地塞米治疗。比较两组患者的切口愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间、术后并发症发生情况及治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果A组患者的切口愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间均短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,A组患者的VAS评分低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的术后并发症总发生率(7.55%)低于B组(17.31%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在髋关节置换术患者的临床治疗中,结合其具体病情科学、合理、有效地注射七叶皂苷钠能有效预防术后并发症发生,具有良好的临床应用与推广价值。

Objective To probe into the application effect of Sodium Aescinate for injection in patients undergoing hip joint replacement surgery.Methods The clinical data of 105 cases of patients undergoing artificial hip joint replacement surgery in the orthopaedics department of our hospital from June 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into the group A(53 cases)and group B(52 cases)according to different treatment methods.The group A was treated with Sodium Aescinate,while the group B was treated with Dexamethasone.The wound healing time,pain relief time,incidence of postoperative complications and visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The wound healing time and pain relief time in the group A were shorter than those in the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score in the group A was lower than that in the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in group A was 7.55%,which was lower than that in group B accounting for 17.31%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The scientific,reasonable and effective injection of Sodium Aescinate combined with the specific condition of patients in the clinical treatment of hip joint replacement surgery can effectively prevent the incidence of postoperative complications,and it has good clinical application and promotion value.
