精神卫生综合干预对精神分裂症患者的康复效果及精神状态的改善效果

Effects of comprehensive mental health intervention on rehabilitation and mental states of patients with schizophrenia

目的:探究精神卫生综合干预对精神分裂症患者的康复效果及精神状态的改善效果。方法:选取56例精神分裂症住院患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各28例,对照组行常规性干预,观察组行精神卫生综合干预,比较两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分及康复情况。结果:护理后,观察组生活能力、社交能力、兴趣、卫生以及工作情况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组PANSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在精神分裂症患者护理中应用精神卫生综合干预有利于改善患者精神状态,促进康复。

Objective:To study effects of comprehensive mental health intervention on rehabilitation and mental states of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:56 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,28 cases in each.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group was given the comprehensive mental health intervention.The positive and negative symptom scores(PANSS)and rehabilitation were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After the nursing,the scores of living ability,social ability,interest,health and work status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PANSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The comprehensive mental health intervention for the patients with schizophrenia is beneficial to improve their mental states and promote their recovery.
