裸花紫珠颗粒联合替硝唑、头孢呋辛钠治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效评价

Efficacy evaluation of callicarpa nudiflora granules combined with tinidazole sodium chloride injection and cefuroxime sodium antibiotics in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation

目的分析裸花紫珠颗粒联合替硝唑氯化钠注射液、头孢呋辛钠抗菌药物治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月某院CPID患者126例,随机分为研究组(n=63)与对照组(n=63),对照组予以替硝唑氯化钠注射液、头孢呋辛钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用裸花紫珠颗粒。对比两组疗效、临床症状改善时间(发热、白带异常、下腹痛)及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)]变化。结果研究组总有效率92.06%(58/63)较对照组79.37%(50/63)高(P<0.05);研究组发热、白带异常、下腹痛改善时间较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清IL-1β、MCP-1水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论裸花紫珠颗粒联合替硝唑氯化钠注射液、头孢呋辛钠抗菌药物治疗CPID患者效果显著,可减轻炎症反应,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Callicarpa nudiflora granules combined with tinidazole sodium chloride injection and cefuroxime sodium antibacterial drugs on patients with chronic pelvic inflammation(CPID).Methods A total of 126 patients with CPID in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group(n=63)and control group(n=63).The control group was given tinidazole sodium chloride injection and cefuroxime sodium.The research group was added with Callicarpa nudiflora granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,improvement time of clinical symptoms(fever,leucorrhea abnormality,lower abdominal pain)and changes of serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.06%(58/63)higher than the control group of 79.37%(50/63)(P<0.05);The study group had shorter time to improve fever,leucorrhea,and lower abdominal pain than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum IL-1βand MCP-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Callicarpa nudiflora granules combined with tinidazole sodium chloride injection and cefuroxime sodium antibacterial drugs have significant effects on patients with CPID.It can reduce the inflammatory response and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
