儿童幽门螺杆菌感染中血清外泌体蛋白质组学作用研究进展

摘要 外泌体(Exosome)的产生几乎与机体中的所有类型细胞相关,在多种体液中均能存在,如血液、尿液、唾液等,甚至有学者研究发现,外泌体在所含有的某些重要组分在不同病例条件下其存在的方式与扮演的角色也有所差异,尤其是在细菌组分传播中所发挥的作用更显突出。借此,笔者将从外泌体的研究背景、形成、分泌及其与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的相互作用等方面进行综述研究,以期为小儿Hp感染患儿的临床诊治提供理论依据。 Exosome is related to almost all types of cells in the body.It can exist in many kinds of body fluids,such as blood,urine,saliva and so on.Some scholars have even found that the exosome contains some essential components in different cases and plays a role in their existence.Differences,especially in the transmission of bacterial components,play a more important role.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with Hp infection,the author will review the background,formation,secretion of exosomes and in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with Hp infection.
