消炎止带外洗液中金丝桃苷高相液相色谱法含量测定

The determination of hyperoside in XiaoYan ZhiDai Lition by HPLC

目的建立消炎止带外洗液中金丝桃苷含量测定的方法。方法Agilent TC-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为乙腈(A)和0.2%醋酸(B)。梯度洗脱程序为0~10 min,10%~13%A;10~30 min,13%~16%A;30~40 min,16%~22%A,维持10 min。检测波长:360 nm;流速:1 ml/min;柱温:30℃;进样量10μl。结果HPLC法中金丝桃苷在0.1~0.5μg线性关系良好,r=0.9997;金丝桃苷加样回收率为96.2%,RSD/%为1.2%。结论该方法操作简单,结果准确,专属性强,为消炎止带外洗液质量控制提供依据。

Objective To establish the method for hyperoside in xiaoyan zhidai Lition.Methods HPLC was using Agilent TC-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm).The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile(A)and 0.2%acetic acid(B).The gradient elution program keeping 10 min was:0~10 min,10%~13%A,10~30 min,13%~16%A,30~40 min,16%~22%A.The detection wavelength was 360 nm.The flow rate was 1 ml/min.The column temperature was 30℃.The sample size was 10μl.Results The HPLC method had a good linearity in the range of 0.1~0.5μg,(r=0.9997).The recovery of Hyperoside was 96.2%(RSD 1.2%).Conclusion HPLC methods are simple,accurate and specific.The metheds can be used for the effective quality control XiaoYan ZhiDai Lition.
