某院2019年Ⅰ类切口预防抗菌药物使用分析

Analysis of the application of antibacterial drugs in typeⅠincision surgery in a hospital in 2019

目的总结分析某院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性使用抗菌药物情况。方法在医院信息平台上抽取Ⅰ类切口手术病历1200份,查看患者抗菌药物的使用情况,并对其使用情况进行分析评价。结果1200例Ⅰ类切口手术病例中预防性使用抗菌药物共计345例,使用率为28.75%;其中不合理用药共计40例,合理率为96.7%。预防用药存在问题以使用疗程过长为显著,在不合理病例中占比65%。结论某院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用较合理,但仍存在少数给药时机不适宜、遴选药品不适宜,使用疗程过长等不合理应用抗菌药物现象,特别是对于使用疗程过长的问题应针对性开展培训。

Objective To analyze the prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents for a hospital(a tertiary hospital)typeⅠincision surgery.Methods Extract 1200Ⅰincision surgical medical records from hospital information platform of,check the usage of antimicrobial agents,and evaluate and analyzed its usage.Results 1200 cases of prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents ofⅠclass incision surgery cases a total of 345 cases,the utilization rate is 28.75%;A total of 40 cases were treated with unreasonable drugs,with a reasonable rate of 96.7%.The problems with prophylactic drugs were significant in the long course of treatment,accounting for 65%of the unreasonable cases.Conclusion The antibacterial drug prevention in typeⅠincision surgery is reasonable,but there are still a few unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs,such as dosage timing,drugs selection long time treatment.In particular,the targeted training of the use of long courses is needed.
