坦索罗辛联合呋塞米对输尿管中上段、下段结石患者术后结石清除率的影响

Effect of tamsulosin combined with furosemide on postoperative stone clearance rate in patients with ureteral calculi in the upper middle and lower section

目的分析坦索罗辛联合呋塞米对输尿管中上段、下段结石患者术后结石清除率的影响。方法选取某院输尿管中上段、下段结石患者80例(2017年3月~2019年3月),按治疗方案不同分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),两组均拟行体外冲击波碎石术,对照组予以呋塞米,研究组在对照组基础上予以坦索罗辛。对比两组结石排出时间、结石清除率及不良反应发生率。结果研究组中上段、下段结石排出时间较对照组短(P<0.05);研究组中上段结石清除率88.89%(16/18)、下段结石清除率90.91%(20/22)与对照组76.47%(13/17)、78.26%(18/23)相比无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率12.50%(5/40)与对照组7.50%(3/40)相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论输尿管中上段、下段结石患者术后应用坦索罗辛联合呋塞米,可缩短结石排出时间,结石清除率高,且未明显增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of tamsulosin combined with furosemide on postoperative stone clearance in patients with ureteral calculi in the upper middle and lower section.Methods 80 patients with ureteral calculi in the upper middle and lower section in our hospital(from March 2017 to March 2019)were enrolled in the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy was performed,and the control group was given furosemide,the study group was given tamsulosin on the basis of the control group.The time of stone discharge,stone clearance rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,the discharge time of stones in the upper middle and lower section was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);The upper middle section stone removal rate in the study group was 88.89%(16/18),and the lower section stone removal rate was 90.91%(20/22),there was no significant difference compared with the control group's 76.47%(13/17)and 78.26%(18/23)(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.50%(5/40)compared with 7.50%(3/40)in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of tamsulosin combined with furosemide in patients with ureteral calculi in the upper middle and lower section can shorten the discharge time of stones,high stone clearance rate,and no significant increase in the incidence of adverse reactions.
