小儿多重耐药菌肺炎克雷伯菌血流感染的耐药及危险因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究小儿多重耐药菌肺炎克雷伯菌血流感染的耐药性及危险因素。方法选取2015年7月~2017年12月某院收治的40例多重耐药菌肺炎克雷伯菌血流感染患儿为研究对象,通过细菌培养和药敏试验,明确小儿多重耐药菌肺炎克雷伯菌血流感染耐药性,综合患儿各项资料后采用Logistic回归方法探讨其发生的独立危险因素。结果多重耐药菌肺炎克雷伯菌对哌拉西林、氨苄西林耐药性达到100.00%;对头孢类药物、阿莫西林等有较高耐药性,耐药性超过90.00%;对多黏菌素、左旋氧氟沙星耐药性为0.00%;对阿米卡星、环丙沙星等耐药性较低。Logistic回归分析显示,小儿多重耐药菌肺炎克雷伯菌血流感染的独立危险因素为早产(OR=2.11),低体重儿(OR=2.04),有创操作(OR=1.88),围生期窒息(OR=1.46)。结论小儿多重耐药菌肺炎克雷伯菌血流感染对部分抗生素药物耐药性较高,其临床危险因素较多,其中可通过避免或者减少有创操作达到预防目的。
