摘要
在综合管廊结构设计中,常采用加腋角的构造措施减小管廊顶板与侧墙角部的应力集中现象。但在力学分析过程中,一般不考虑腋角对结构的刚度贡献,因而所得内力设计值偏大,导致管廊结构相关壁板偏厚。本文通过ABAQUS软件对腋角在结构中的刚域效应进行数值模拟分析,确定刚域效应范围;并以管廊管廊顶板厚度、侧壁厚度与腋角尺寸等因素为变量,分析腋角刚域效应的影响因素,拟合出腋角刚域效应范围的计算公式。考虑腋角的刚域效应,结构内力与变形值得到显著优化,从而降低壁厚减少配筋而节约了工程成本。
The haunchs are often used to reduce the stress concentration of the roof and wall of the utility tunnel structure.However,the contribution of the haunchs to the stiffness of the struc ture is generally neglected.Therefore,the calculated internal force of the structure is larger than the ture value,which should lead to the larger plate thickness of the utility tunnel structure.In this paper,the rigid domain effect of the haunchs in the structure was numerically simulated and analyzed by ABAQUS to determine the rigid domain range.The factors influencing the rigid-domain effect of the haunch were analyzed by taking the factors such as the structure size of pipe gallery and the haunch size as variables,for fitting out the calculation formula of rigid domain effect range of the haunch.As a result,considering the rigid domain effect of the haunch,the mechanical performance of the structure should be improved and the construction cost should be saved.
