从道德到法律:当代大学生犯罪预防教育路径新探

From Morality to Law:A New Exploration on the Path of Crime Prevention and Education of Contemporary College Students

近些年来,包括大学生群体在内的青少年犯罪现象,成为社会普遍关注的焦点问题。在原因论上,纵然存在家庭环境、社会环境等综合性因素,但大学生的法律意识欠缺,也是一个重要因素。一直以来,我们对大学生的思想政治和法治教育仍然以灌输、说教方式为主,成效不佳。对此,我们应当反思当前德育观教育的方法和模式,向道德教育的自我认同和需要方向改进。另外,以权利义务关系为主要内容的“法育”教育,强化大学生的规则意识、底线意识等法治素养教育,也是预防犯罪发生的基本路径。

In recent years,the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency,including undergraduate groups,has become a focus issue in society.Although there are comprehensive factors including family environment and social environment from the perspective of causation,the lack of legal awareness of college students is also an important factor.For a long time,the ideological and political cultivation,and the rule of law education for college students has been dominated by the means of indoctrination and preaching,which has poor results.In this regard,it should reflect on the current methods and mode of moral education concept,and improve towards the self-identification and requirements of moral education.In addition,the“legal education”with rights and obligations as the main contents,strengthening the legal literacy education of college students,in terms of the rule consciousness and bottom line consciousness,should be taken as the basic ways to prevent crime.
