地质项目的预算管理活动直接关系着地质项目的成本支出以及地质项目的开展情况。从当前国土资源地质调查项目实际活动开展情况来看,在预算管理过程中存在很多问题,例如基础预算资料编制缺乏以及编制项目不科学不系统等,导致预算的不合理支出。论文主要针对如何改进地质项目预算管理的问题进行探究,指出具体的改进对策以及改进方法,希望能为地质勘测活动的稳定开展提供一定的参考。

The budget management activities of geological projects are directly related to the cost and expenditure of geological projects and the development of geological projects.From the current situation of the actual activities of the land and resources geological survey project,there are many problems in the process of budget management,such as the lack of basic budget data and the unscientific and unsystematic preparation of the project,which leads to the unreasonable expenditure of the budget.This paper mainly probes into how to improve the budget management of geological projects,and points out the concrete improvement countermeasures and methods,hoping to provide some reference for the stable development of geological survey activities.
