随着经济和技术的不断发展,科学技术正在改变着人民生活的方方面面,现代人民已经很难离开科学技术创新下的产物了。生产力的提高和科学技术的发展与医疗业的发展之间已经是密不可分,相辅相成的关系了。论文从四个方面介绍各个不同单位个体应做的措施,充分发挥政府、企业、组织和公众四方面的积极性,确保医院建筑暖通空调系统节能设计。

With the continuous development of economy and technology,science and technology are changing every aspect of people's life.It is difficult for modern people to stay away the product of scientific and technological innovation.The improvement of productivity and the development of science and technology have made it inseparable and mutually reinforcing with the development of the medical industry.This paper introduces the measures to be taken by each individual unit from four aspects to give full play to the enthusiasm of the government,enterprises,organizations and the public to ensure the energy saving design of the HVAC system in hospital buildings.
