供给侧结构改革的提出是为了能够扩大投资需求,满足消费需求和进出口增长而提出的解决方法。我国经济进入新常态之后,国内外形势发生了非常大的变化,为了能够有效地使我国现代化发展过渡,所以提出了供给侧改革。供给侧结构性改革的目的是提高供给体系质量,从而推动经济持续增长,使我国社会生产水平有质的飞跃,这是我国在经济全球化中凸显竞争优势的重要手段。

The reform of the supply-side structure is proposed to expand the investment demand and meet the consumer demand and import and export growth.After China's economy entered a new normal,the situation at home and abroad has undergone great changes.In order to effectively transition China's modernization,supply-side reform has been proposed.The purpose of supply-side structural reform is to improve the quality of the supply system,so as to promote sustainable economic growth,making enable China's social production level to take a qualitative leap,which is an important means for China to highlight its competitive advantage in economic globalization.
