质量管理体系在国企党建中的应用研究

近年来,我国社会经济飞速发展,许多国有企业为了提高其内部党建工作的质量,都引入了企业党建工作质量管理体系。党建质量管理体系,是将党建工作用标准化的形式将ISO9000质量体系在实际工作中进行运用。整个体系的关键在于贯彻和落实,引入此体系的目的也是更好地完善国企党建工作,从而向社会各界表明国企党组织可以完成符合社会期待和要求的党建工作,并以此来促进企业的可持续发展。论文针对质量管理体系的基本内涵和它在促进国企党建工作中的重要意义进行简单的分析和探讨,希望能引起社会学者的广泛关注。

With the rapid development of China's social economy in recent years,many state-owned enterprises have introduced the quality management system of Party construction,so as to improve the quality of their internal Party construction work.The quality management system of the Party construction is to use the ISO 9000 quality system in the practical work in a standardized form.The key to the whole system is to carry out and implement it,and the purpose of introducing it is also to better improve the work of Party construction by state-owned enterprises,thus demonstrating to all sectors of society that the party organizations of state-owned enterprises can complete the work of building the party by meeting social expectations and demands,and to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper makes a simple analysis and discussion on the basic connotation of quality management system and its significance in promoting the Party construction work of state-owned enterprises,hoping to attract the wide attention of sociologists.
