The rapid development of China's socio-economic and scientific and technological level,have continuously promoted the advancement of enterprises.At present,if enterprises want to improve competitiveness and stabilize their development position in the fierce market competition,they need to pay enough attention to their financial budget management work.Based on this,the paper takes pesticide preparation enterprises as an example to comprehensively analyze the financial budget management problems and countermeasures of pesticide preparation enterprises.
