兼职教师教学情况调查研究——以某职业院校为例

Investigation and Research on the Teaching Situation of Part-Time Teachers——Taking a Vocational College as an Example

随着高职教育的深入发展,兼职教师在职业院校师资队伍中的比重与日俱增,在人才培养方面起到了不可替代的作用,同时在教学中也存在诸多问题。论文通过对某职业院校兼职教师的教学情况进行调查分析,旨在找到兼职教师教学中存在的问题与改进对策,为提高兼职教师教学质量提供政策参考。

With the in-depth development of higher vocational education,the proportion of part-time teachers in the teaching staff of vocational colleges is increasing day by day,which plays an irreplaceable role in talent cultivation,and there are also many problems existing in teaching.Based on the investigation and analysis of the teaching situation of part-time teachers in a vocational college,this paper aims to find out the problems existing in the teaching of part-time teachers and the countermeasures for improvement,and to provide policy reference for improving the teaching quality of part-time teachers.
