随着国家的发展和进步,在中国全面加强党的建设时代背景下,国有企业档案管理工作已不再仅仅是政务工作,而是已被提高到了“为党管档、为国守史”的政治高度。国企档案管理工作既不同于机关单位,也不同于一般企业,需要兼顾政治性、经营性、合规性的多重要求。目前在国企中,急需一大批高层次档案人才引领业务创新,充分发挥出国企档案管理“定海针”的作用。

With the development and progress of the country,under the background of strengthening the Party building in an all-round way in China,the archive management work of state-owned enterprises is no longer just the work of government affairs,but has been raised to the political height of"managing the archives for the Party and keeping the history for the country".The management of state-owned enterprises'archives is not only different from government agencies,but also different from ordinary enterprises.It needs to take into account the multiple requirements of political,operational,and compliance.At present,a large number of high-level archive talents in state-owned enterprises are urgently needed to lead business innovation and give full play to the role of"Key Stand"in archive management of state-owned enterprises.
