聚乙烯是一种常见的通用塑料,是当前工业上运用最多的塑料类型之一,对于工业的发展以及建设具有至关重要的作用。根据调查研究表明,聚乙烯装置和造粒会对造粒的颜色产生一定的影响,论文主要对聚乙烯装置后部造粒粒料颜色变黄的原因以及具体的表现进行探究,并指出了具体的解决对策和改进措施,希望能够为聚乙烯材料的顺利稳定生产提供一定的参考。

Polyethylene is a common general plastic,which is one of the most widely used plastics in industry at present,and plays an important role in the development and construction of industry.According to the investigation and study,the polyethylene plant and granulation will have a certain effect on the color of granulation.This paper mainly probes into the causes and concrete performance of the color yellowing of the granule of granulation at the back of the polyethylene plant,and points out the concrete countermeasures and improvement measures,hoping to provide some reference for the smooth and stable production of polyethylene.
