超声波测量钻井卡点的方法研究

摘要 在钻井过程中,由于吸附、井塌、泥包、顿钻、落物、井径收缩、岩屑堆积、内外压差等原因,常造成钻具卡钻工程事故。目前测量钻具卡钻点的方法有扭矩式和注磁式两种,这两种方法都存在各自的弱点,导致施工时间长,测量卡点位置不准确。论文首次提出了超声波测量钻井卡点的新方法,并分析了通过记录超声波单发双收的钻杆首波衰减和垂直井壁超声反射波尾波震荡衰减的方法,来确定钻具卡点的方式、厚度、砂埋深度和压实系数等状况。这为后期工程松爆施工作业提供了一种更安全高效的全新测量方式。 In the process of drilling,engineering accidents are often brought by drilling tool stuck which are caused by adsorption,well collapse,mud balling,cable drilling,falling objects,diameter shrinkage,debris accumulation and Ladder differential pressure.At present,there are two methods to measure the stuck points of drilling tools,torque type and magnetic injection type.Both of these methods have their own weaknesses,which lead to long construction time and inaccurate measurement of stuck points.This paper puts forward a new method of ultrasonic measurement of drilling stuck points for the first time.The attenuation either the first wave along with drill pipe by single-emission&double-receiving or the oscillation tail wave reflected from ultrasonic wave of vertical borehole wall is analyzed.The Amplitude decay rate can determine the way,thickness,depth of sand and compaction coefficient of clamping,which provides a new and more safe measurement method for loose blasting construction.
