战略思维强调立足根本、着眼全局、关注长远,将全局作为考虑一切问题的基点,把坚持全局利益放在首位,在事关全局的重大原则问题上,始终保持战略定力,头脑清醒,立场坚定,旗帜鲜明。中国共产党自成立以来,形成和发展了具有中国特色的马克思主义战略思维理论与方法,积累了战略思维的丰富历史经验,迎来了中华民族从站起来、富起来到强起来的伟大飞跃。站在新的历史起点,中国共产党更应着眼于全局,努力增强战略思维的自觉性,科学把握战略思维理论与方法,不断提升战略思维能力。

Strategic thinking is to take the overall situation as the starting point and foothold to consider all issues,to regard the overall interests as the highest value pursuit,and always maintain strategic focus,clear mind,stand firm,clear banner in the major issues concerning the overall situation.Standing at a new historical starting point,the Communist Party of China should pay more attention to the overall situation,have a profound understanding and deal with the social revolution and self-revolution,China and the world,the current and long-term relations,strive to enhance the consciousness of strategic thinking,grasp of the theory and method of strategic thinking scientifically,and improve the ability of strategic thinking constantly.
