“补阴泻阳、通调跷脉”法针刺治疗失眠35例 被引量:40

摘要 失眠是临床常见病、多发病,症状如不能及时得到控制,可能引发精神及躯体性疾病[1-2]。失眠发病率逐年增加,国外有研究发现,本病在成年人群中的发病率高达20%[3],而在中国的发病率高达31%[4]。临床治疗失眠目前以药物治疗为主,首选短、中效的苯二氮类药物,但此类药物不良反应较大,轻者可出现头晕、嗜睡,重者如反跳性失眠,甚者药物依赖或成瘾。笔者在传统中医理论的指导下,以补阴泻阳、通调跷脉为法治疗失眠,现报道如下。
