短天窗点间隔下邻近既有隧道爆破方案的优化 被引量:5

摘要 为评估短天窗点间隔条件下爆破对邻近既有隧道衬砌结构安全性的影响,以福平铁路苔井山隧道为依托,采用数值模拟对两种不同爆破方案1.4m进尺下的邻近隧道各监测点的爆破振速进行了分析。结果表明:全断面爆破方案最大振速为6.04cm/s,超过现场施工最大振速允许值3cm/s,而优化后的分天窗爆破方案最大振速仅为2.75cm/s,且能充分利用天窗点,加快施工进度,安全经济高效,同时也可为以后类似工程提供借鉴。 To evaluate the effect of blasting on the lining structure of adjacent existing tunnel under the short reserved maintenance times,the vibration velocity of each monitoring point of adjacent tunnels under two different blasting programs of 1.4 m footage was analyzed by combining numerical simulation with field monitoring in the Taijingshan tunnel of Fuping railway.The results show that the maximum vibration velocity of the full section blasting scheme is 6.04 cm/s,which exceeds the allowable value of 3 cm/s in the field construction,while the maximum vibration velocity of the blasting of different reserved maintenance times is only 2.75 cm/s,which is within the safety range,and it can make full use of reserved maintenance times to accelerate the construction schedule,which is safe,economical and efficient.In the meanwhile,it can provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
