击剑青少年运动员核心稳定性训练对策

摘要 击剑运动主要是运动员以持剑形式展开进攻和防守,这对运动员自身平衡性是有极高要求,击剑运动还带有一点格斗性质,击剑运动主要在技术和战术上有着明显特征。击剑运动要求运动员保持良好的身体稳定性、以协调的身姿、脚步以及肌肉之间的关系。本文主要对当前击剑运动所开展的稳定性训练进行了解探究,分析核心稳定性在击剑运动员训练比赛中的作用,总结提高击剑运动员核心稳定性训练对策。
