移动互联网时代边界弹性对员工工作——家庭关系影响的衍变研究

摘要 本文基于边界弹性匹配观,论证移动互联网时代员工工作-家庭关系发生变化的可能性。探索性的提出了移动互联网时代兼具个体特征与组织特征的边界弹性匹配对工作-家庭关系影响的基础与适用性,并据此设计了移动互联网时代员工工作-家庭关系弹性匹配系统。
