决明子、莱菔子、大黄治疗“壅态”高血压病经验--仝小林三味小方撷萃

Experience in the Treatment of"Stagnant State"Hypertension with Semen Cassia,Radish Seed and Rhubarb Root and Rhizome--Experience in Treating Diseases with Three Chinese Medicines

仝小林教授从"态靶因果"方略出发,根据高血压病的自然发展过程,将高血压病划分为"病气血、病脉络、病脏腑"三期及"壅、水、郁、寒、老"五态。本文主要论述仝小林教授对于"壅态"高血压病的辨治思路及用药经验。"壅态"高血压病常见于中青年患者,常合并超重或肥胖、糖脂或尿酸代谢异常、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征等。其核心治法为通腑降气、决渎壅塞。调节"壅态"的常用方为厚朴三物汤、大柴胡汤,而决明子、莱菔子、大黄针对"壅态"高血压病具有较好的降压效果,其中决明子常用剂量为15~60 g,莱菔子常用剂量为15~60 g,大黄的常用剂量为6~15 g。

According to the clinical prescription strategy of"combination of state and target"and the natural course of hypertension,Professor TONG Xiaolin divided hypertension into three phases(qi and blood phase,channels phase and viscera phase)and five states(stagnant state,waterish state,depressed state,cold state and senile state).This article mainly discusses professor Tong’s thoughts of diagnosis and treatment for"stagnant state"hypertension."Stagnant state"hypertension is common in young and middle-aged patients."Stagnant state"hypertension is often associated with overweight or obesity,abnormal glucose,lipid or uric acid metabolism,sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,etc.Its core principles of treatment are clearing the hollow viscera,depressing qi and clearing stasis.The frequently-used prescription are Houpo Sanwu decoction and Dachaihu decoction.Moreover,semen cassia,radish seed and rhubarb root and rhizome has good antihypertensive effect.The usual dose of semen cassia is 15-60 g.The usual dose of radish seed is 15-60 g.The usual dose of rhubarb root and rhizome is 6-15 g.
