兰紫解毒糖浆联合磷酸奥司他韦对甲型流感疗效及血清转化生长因子β1和γ-谷氨酰转移酶水平的影响

Study on the effect of Orchid Detoxification Syrup combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate on the Efficacy,Serum Levels of Transforming Growth Factorβ1 andγ-Glutamyltransferase in Patients with Influenza A

目的探讨兰紫解毒糖浆联合磷酸奥司他韦对甲型流感患者血清转化生长因子β1水平影响。方法将82例甲型H1N1流感患儿随机分为2组,对照组予磷酸奥司他韦胶囊;观察组加用兰紫解毒糖浆,持续治疗5 d。检测血清细胞因子II型肺泡细胞表面抗原(KL-6)、肺表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血清酶学水平变化,比较临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,观察组血清KL-6、SP-D水平较低(P<0.01),TGF-β1水平较高(P<0.01),血清AST、ALT、γ-GT水平较低(P<0.01),发热消退时间、乏力缓解时间、病毒核酸转阴时间较短(P<0.01),肺部影像学积分较少(P<0.01),有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论兰紫解毒糖浆联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗甲型H1N1流感具有较好的临床疗效,可能与调节血清TGF-β1、γ-GT表达有关。

Objective To investigate the effect of Orchid detoxification syrup combined with oseltamivir phosphate on the efficacy,serum levels of transforming growth factorβ1.Methods 82 children with influenza A(H1 N1)were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received oseltamivir phosphate capsule,the experimental group received more with orchid detoxification syrup.Levels of serum related factors as cytokine typeⅡalveolar cell surface antigen(KL-6),pulmonary surfactant protein D(SP-D),transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1),serum enzymology were detected,clinical effects were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of KL-6 and SP-D were lower(P<0.01),the serum levels of TGF-β1 were higher(P<0.01),the serum levels of AST,ALT and y-GT were lower(P<0.01),the fever subsidence time and the alleviation time of fatigue were lower,the time of virus nucleic acid negative transformation was shorter(P<0.01),the pulmonary imaging score was lower(P<0.01),and the effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Orchid detoxification syrup combined with oseltamivir phosphate has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of influenza A HIN 1,which may be related to the regulation of serum TGF-β1 and y-GT expression.
