独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者氧化应激及β-内啡肽、IL-1β表达的影响

Effect on Oxidative Stress and Expression of P-endorphin and IL-1βby Using Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation of Liver and Kidney Deficiency

目的探究独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者氧化应激及β-内啡肽(β-ET)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)表达的影响。方法将2014年2月-2019年2月间于我院脊柱科进行治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者106例,随机分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例)。2组患者均予以腰椎牵引治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用独活寄生汤。结果观察组总有效率为96.23%,显著高于对照组(81.13%,P<0.05)。治疗4周后,2组患者腰部重痛、活动受限、受寒加重、活动痛甚评分及改良日本骨科协会腰痛评分表评分(M-JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分均降低,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者β-ET、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均升高,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者IL-1β水平均降低,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤可有效调节肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者的炎症反应和氧化应激水平,降低IL-1β水平,提高β-ET、SOD水平,改善患者脊柱神经功能及临床症状。

Objective To explore the effect on oxidative stress and expression ofβ-endorphin(β-ET)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)by using Duhuojisheng decoction in patients with lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency.Methods 106 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital’s spine department between February 2014 and February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=53)and the observation group(n=53).Both groups of patients were treated with lumbar traction.The observation group was combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on this basis.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.23%,significantly higher than that in the control group(81.13%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of suffered from severe waist pain,limited activity,aggravated cold,severe activity pain,M-JOA and Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI)were reduced,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels ofβ-ET and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the two groups were increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher those in than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1βin both groups were decreased,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction can effectively regulate the level of aseptic inflammation and oxidative stress,reduce the level of IL-1β,increase the levels ofβ-ET and SOD,and improve the spinal nerve function and clinical manifestations of patients with liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation.
