针康法治疗卒中后上肢高肌张力现象

Treatment of high muscle tone in upper extremities after stroke by Zhenkang Method

目的观察针康法对于治疗卒中后上肢高肌张力现象的影响。方法将50例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为2组,各25例。治疗组采用针康法联合治疗,针灸取穴为头部前神聪透悬厘、通天透络却(足运感区)、神庭、本神、患侧上肢极泉、手三里、三间、中渚;对照组单纯采用康复疗法。2组每日进行1次治疗,每6日休息1次,4周为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组改善Ashworth痉挛量表评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组改善Fugl-Meyer量表评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组改善日常生活能力(ADL)Barthel指数明显优于对照组(P<0.05),比较2组综合疗效,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为84.00%和52.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针康法可以有效改善卒中后上肢高肌张力的症状,是一种简单有效的治疗卒中后上肢高肌张力现象的方法。

Objective?To observe the effect of acupuncture on high muscle tone in upper extremities after stroke.Methods?A total of 50 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,25 patients in each group,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture of Zhenkang Method.The control group received rehabilitation therapy alone.Patients in the two groups were treated once a day and rested once every 6 days for a course of 4 weeks.The curative effect was observed after 1 course of treatment.Results The treatment group improved modified Ashworth spasm scale significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer scale in the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05),the ability of daily life(ADL)Barthel index in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 84.00%and 52.00%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenkang Method can effectively improve the symptoms of upper limb hypertonia after stroke,and it is a simple and effective method for the treatment of upper limb hypertonia after stroke.
